Different person has different opinion and that is the truth which we can’t deny. If you are thinking about diversity than it won’t make any problem for you but how if we deal with something which need to be same in activity of many people? Should we change the target and let the people do whatever they want? It is not a good idea for me. Although we can’t reject immediately what a person thinks but we should have our own limit when to accept people opinion and when to reject them. It is not a fault if we reject someone opinion because we think it is unrealistic and only waste time.

Don’t afraid to reject people opinion if you don’t like it or if you have your own opinion but this action has consequence for you and you should take a responsibility of what you have done especially when it end to the failure. The importance of doing business is the aimed target of success. Every person who deals in business should have short, middle and long target to be achieved by the owner and the employees. The definite target stated before will make the people involved in the company will do till the maximum ability to gain success and fulfill their target. In company we know there are many divisions which we can work at. What is the most important division in company which needs special care? For me, based on my personal opinion, the marketing division is the most important because I have heard many true stories about marketing which helped company to gain overall increasing performance.
