The importance of doing business is the aimed target of success. Every person who deals in business should have short, middle and long target to be achieved by the owner and the employees. The definite target stated before will make the people involved in the company will do till the maximum ability to gain success and fulfill their target. In company we know there are many divisions which we can work at. What is the most important division in company which needs special care? For me, based on my personal opinion, the marketing division is the most important because I have heard many true stories about marketing which helped company to gain overall increasing performance. There is sentence told me the good product without good marketing won’t work in making any sold but the bad product with good marketing will be sold.

I suggest the company to hire the reputable marketing company which can help our company in setting good strategy of our marketing plan. Good plan will make our company to be better in getting people’s awareness and in the end will make good effect in selling target. It is depending on us how to increase the company performance but for me marketing is the first division which should be fixed before we fix the other divisions.
